Apache Railroad Multi-Use Trail

The Apache Trail was once the route of an old logging railroad. That later became a tourist railroad and now we have a wonderful mountain biking trail. The best access to this trail is found at Big Lake Railroad Cove on the southwest side of the lake off  Forest Road 249E located near Big Cienega  on Highway 260, about 17 miles west of Eagar, AZ.

This trail description is what we call a skeleton trail review. It lacks a complete description and photos. If you would like to add some information, please send information and/or photos  to us here at trailsnet. You can also add your own trails by visiting the “add-a-trail” feature on trailsnet.com.
