Trails Provide Fitness Plus More…
Trailsnet often promotes the fitness benefits of trails. But of course, the argument could be made that going to the gym also provides the same fitness benefits. No Bike Helmets?
BTW, Trailsnet is big enough to be getting around 200 visitors per day but still small enough that I don’t have to worry about getting lots of nasty comments & emails regarding the picture of a biking couple who are not wearing helmets. Phew!!

Had to laugh at your comment about the lack of helmets! That couple seems to be headed to the beach for a nice picnic. Hope they don’t drink and ride….
I’m hoping to add some trails to your site from my site of Colorado! Someday soon…
Thanks for such a great resource.
Cheers!
