Why not use unemployed to build trails?
I know it sounds simplistic, but we can always use more trails and there are thousands of people unemployed, so why not utilize an underutilized work force? We are already paying unemployment benefits, so it wouldn’t cost much more than what we’re already paying. It just seems to make so much sense to employ those …
