The home is available for up to two months at a time with the potential for one or three months depending on the circumstances. The monthly rent is $2700 or $2400 depending on if you’re willing to provide upkeep such as mowing, watering, etc. (The lawn & garden have automatic watering, but sometimes need a bit extra.)
