Scenic traffic-free paved loop. Some moderate inclines. Wide-open spaces and two lakes dominate the landscape. Ample free parking on streets bordering the park, also at South High School at the park’s southern boundary.

Ozark Highland Trail

The Ozark Highland Trail in northwest Arkansas is a hiking trail extraordinaire. It includes two loop trails and several other side trails. It also has an extremely helpful website (see link on this page) with an abundance of great trail information. The trail FAQ page is especially helpful.

Otto Armleder Park Trail

This is a fairly short loop trail, quite level.   There is also large dog park so you will see people walking dogs too.

Little Miami Scenic trail

Portions of this trail have an equestrian track running alongside it. The section between Springfield & Yellow Springs is good for horseback riding. Trikke carvers will also enjoy this trail as will recumbents and tandems. Many of the vehicles at the annual Personal Transportation Vehicle Show in Louisville, Colorado would be appropriate for this trail.
