Chief Ladiga Trail

Combined with Georgia’s Silver Comet Trail, bike riders will enjoy over 100 miles of continuous paved trail that spans two states. This is a wonderful southern trail and excellent not only for riding bikes but also for recumbents, tandems & stand-up vehicles. I’m not sure if electric bikes are allowed, so if you know, please leave a comment below.

I rode the trail 7 Oct 2022 and stopped at the Eubanks Welcome Center in Piedmont. They told me that ebikes are allowed on the Chief Ladiga Trail.

    1. Thanks for that update, Mary. If anyone knows about the status of ebikes on the Silver Comet Trail, please send a comment. It would be nice to be able to utilize electric bikes for the entire length of the 100 mile combined Georgia and Alabama trail route.
